We updated our Click to Pay Terms of Service
We've updated our Click to Pay Terms of Service. These changes will take effect on 30/07/25.
With this update, you'll start seeing more of your cards in checkout wherever you see the   icon, reducing your risk of fraud and improving card acceptance, all whilst enjoying a quicker and more secure checkout.

What's changing?
  1. We've explained how Visa uses your data if you opt to create a passkey to reduce fraud, authenticate you, and simplify your checkout experience;
  2. We've added the mechanisms to streamline a transition from Click to Pay offered by Visa, to Click to Pay offered by your card issuer/bank (where applicable);
  3. For United Kingdom residents only, we've explained that:
    • by using Click to Pay, you are agreeing to the Click to Pay Terms of Service;
    • Visa will enable all of your eligible cards in Click to Pay, improving your secure and seamless checkout experience; and
    • you can unenroll any of your eligible cards at any time; and
  4. Updated the Click to Pay Terms of Service to make them clearer and easier to understand.

You can access the latest version of the Click to Pay Terms of Service at any time by visiting our website.
